Direction and Purpose

It is based on the Medicine Wheel of Ancient traditions, and as such, it's divided into 4 phases:

I: Coming Out of the Dark
It consists of 12 weekly sessions in which we will uncover and begin to clear the 3 major roadblocks in your life. This is not an enjoyable phase. You are going to come face-to-face with the darkest parts of yourself, even your world may feel like it's turned upside down! This is ok, it's only 12 weeks. At the end, you will have 1 week off to process and prepare for phase II.
- At the end of the phase I, you can have clarity of all that's holding you back, who you have been, where you are in life, and how you got there.

II: Becoming Fearless
It consists of 12 weeks of clearing out all that we uncovered in Phase I. This is where who you have been up until this moment will die, so you can rise as the person you were born to be! Again, this is not an enjoyable phase. It's going to be 12 weeks of deep healing. At the end, you will have 1 week off to process and prepare for phase III.
- At the end of phase II, you can experience FREEDOM from all the junk that's been holding you back and that you've been carrying for so long!

III: Definiteness of Purpose
It consists of 12 weekly sessions connecting with your authentic self, your Life's Purpose, and beginning to live your life congruently. This is where your life begins to shift, like spring after winter and fall. So you may feel like you've been reborn and with a new sense of purpose. At the end, you will have 1 week off to process and prepare for phase IV.
- At the end of phase III, you can experience authenticity and being whole again, with definiteness of purpose!

IV: New Direction
It consists of 12 weeks of consistent coaching, aligning all parts of your life towards your desired destiny. With "Definiteness of Purpose", now you will have a clear vision and a clear path towards your destiny. This is where your life can take off, so you can SOAR. At the end of these 12 weeks, you will have a graduation ceremony.
- At the end of the program, you can experience alignment of all areas of your life towards your highest destiny and how you're going to get there. You'll be ready to live your life with Direction and Purpose!

Why would I need a coach?
Anyone who has achieved greatness knows the value of having a coach. Sports teams have a coach, tennis players have a tennis coach, professional singers have a vocal coach, entrepreneurs have a business coach, etc. What the coaches do is provide feedback (illuminating blindspots) and hold them to their commitments. And most importantly, your coach is NOT your friend. A friend tells you what you want to hear, your coach tells you what you NEED to hear so you can achieve your goals.

Why is it "Spiritual Life Coaching"? Is it religious?
It's Spiritual Life Coaching because we're addressing the issues that hold us back at all levels of perception, even at a Spiritual level. This creates an overall cleansing feeling that allows you, the participant, to engage in life at a deeper spiritual level. So, whatever your spiritual beliefs are, would only be strengthened. This program is not religious, nor does it promote any religious views.

Why would healing be important for me?
Any unhealed wounds or repressed emotions we carry inside of us are the major reasons we can't get to where we want to go in life. Problems in relationships, finances, health, and spirituality can be traced back to those wounds. So, even if you're successful in one of those areas, the other ones are affected and unable to be fully expressed because of the fear associated with the wounds. Simply following techniques and practices to improve our lives is not going to be enough, because the pain and the fear will bring back the same results as before. "Mantras and affirmations are as effective as putting potpourri in a trash can expecting it to smell good. First you gotta take the trash out."

Is it group sessions or individual?
These are 1-on-1 sessions. There will be others starting at the same time as you, but each one has their own coaching sessions. You will all be going at the same pace and will start and finish the program at the same time. We have a private Facebook group for you all to meet and interact and support each other. And we will host activities where you can all participate together.

Do I need to put my life on hold for 48 weeks?
Quite the opposite. Remember we only meet once a week, for about an hour for coaching, and 1–2 hrs on the weeks we have healing sessions. So, for the rest of the week, you are encouraged to begin to apply the concepts and distinctions of our program to your life right away, so that you can begin to notice subtle changes in your life. And even though we set a specific time for our coaching calls, we understand life happens, and sometimes we need to move call times. That being said, we do want to adhere to the set schedule as much as possible to build consistency in your life.

What kind of Energy Medicine techniques will you be using?
We will be using a variety of techniques. As part of the core program, we are including the Illumination Process which clears negative energies from the affected Chakras, Crystallized and Fluid Extractions, which extract fluid and/or crystallized negative energies from your Luminous Energy Field, Cord Cuttings, which cuts the energetic connection with toxic people in your life, Soul Retrieval, which reconnects you with that part of yourself that's been missing for a long time and with your Soul's purpose, and more.

What materials do I need for the course?
Every session will be done over Zoom, so you will need a reliable Wi-Fi connection, a computer with a camera (we prefer that you don't use a phone due to screen size), a quiet and private space to be able to have an open conversation (headphones are ideal but not required), a journal (notebook), something to write with, a white candle, and something to light it. On occasion, we may ask for an additional item for a session, but you will be notified in advance.
